My sister needs help for medical expenses!!!

Two weeks ago my brother in law (Coco)had a stroke, lost feeling on his left side of the body leaving him no choice but to go into rehabilitation. He started doing better got some feeling back on his left leg, do to some complications a couple of days ago he was sent back to the hospital. During all this my niece (Jasmine) has been the only one working to keep them at float, maintaining a house payment plus bills for the time being. My sister most of you know her by Golla, has been trying to figure out how to help Jasmine with finances and care for her husband when needed.
