<div>The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 322 in Ajax has announced the launch of a community fundraising campaign to address an urgent infrastructure issue: the complete replacement of the Branch’s deteriorating parking lot.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For years, Branch 322 has served as a vital gathering place for Veterans, military families, RCMP members, seniors, and the broader Ajax community. However, the parking lot — used daily by members, volunteers, and families attending events — could eventually be an issue, particularly for seniors and Veterans who rely on mobility aids.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>To ensure the safety, accessibility, and comfort of everyone who comes through our doors, we are asking for your assistance. This is not simply a repair project — it is an essential investment in the well-being of our Veterans and community members who depend on the Legion.
</div>

</div>
<div>The Branch has launched a fundraising initiative to raise $44,000, the full cost of removing the failing asphalt and installing a durable, accessibility-friendly surface. The project includes ground preparation, improved drainage, fresh paving, and safety line painting. All funds raised will go directly toward the restoration.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Branch 322 is calling on community members, local businesses, and supporters of Veterans to help make this critical upgrade possible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A GoFundMe has been set up to raise funds for this project.
