Help keep my home & get much needed medicine.

I am 63 retired/disabled & a cancer survivor who as well as many others are having a difficult time making ends meet. I retired from my local police department as a senior records clerk after 20 years of service. I am unable to get all my medication, my insurance was cancelled & I only have part B medicare & I can't get part A now. I have auto payments, auto insurance & started this month my rent was increased from $1271 to $1337. I have bilateral copper tunnel, osteoarthritis, thyroid disease, high blood pressure & borderline diabetic & sciatic nerve pain. Please help, I am struggling really bad & in pain daily.
