Help Keep My Brother Home – Immigration Defense Fund

Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

I am reaching out with a heavy heart and an urgent plea for help. My brother, a lawful permanent resident of the United States, is facing deportation due to a 17-year-old conviction—a mistake from his past that he has long since paid for and moved beyond. We need your support to fund his legal defense and fight to keep him with his family, his home, and the life he has built in this country.

His Story
My brother came to the U.S. seeking a better future and has lived here since 1995. He has worked hard, built a life, and contributed to his community. Like many, he made a mistake in his youth—one that he deeply regrets. He served his time, took responsibility, and rebuilt his life as a law-abiding, hardworking member of society.

Now, nearly two decades later, immigration authorities are using this old conviction against him, threatening to tear him away from his family and deport him to a country he no longer knows. This is not just unfair—it’s devastating.

Why We Need Your Help
Fighting an immigration case like this requires skilled attorneys, extensive legal filings, and court appearances. The legal fees and related costs are overwhelming, and without proper representation, my brother faces almost certain deportation.

We have already consulted with an experienced immigration attorney, who believes there is a strong case for relief and keeping him in the U.S. However, legal defense in immigration courts is costly, and we cannot do this alone.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward:
✅ Attorney fees for experienced immigration defense representation
✅ Court filings and legal expenses
✅ Expert testimonies and case preparation
✅ Other costs related to his defense

Time Is Running Out
Immigration cases move fast, and we must act quickly. Without legal help, my brother could be forced to leave behind his family, his job, and everything he has worked for.

Please Help Us Keep Him Home
If you believe in second chances, justice, and keeping families together, please consider donating. No amount is too small—every contribution brings us closer to saving my brother from deportation.

If you’re unable to donate, please share this campaign with your network. Your kindness, support, and prayers mean the world to us.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

With love and gratitude,
Jacklyn and Family
