<div>We never imagined we would be in this position, but today we are asking for help for our beautiful little boy, Alfie.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In March 2026, at just 3 years old, Alfie was diagnosed with stage 4 high-risk neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. Before his diagnosis, we had been trying to get him seen for weeks, with eight cancelled appointments at our local hospital. During that time, Alfie’s symptoms worsened — he developed a bruised, swollen eye and suffered with ongoing constipation. We knew something wasn’t right.

<div>By the time he was finally seen, our worst fears were confirmed.
</div>

</div>
<div>Alfie now faces a long and incredibly tough journey ahead. His treatment plan will last over a year and includes intensive chemotherapy, major surgery, high-dose chemotherapy, radiation and a stem cell transplant, and immunotherapy. It’s a lot for anyone, let alone a little boy.

<div>We are currently spending more time in the hospital than at home. As self-employed parents, this means we are unable to work while staying by Alfie’s side every step of the way.
</div>

</div>
<div>On top of everything, we live around 2 hours away from the hospital in Manchester, meaning constant travel, fuel costs, parking, and long days away from home. The financial pressure is building quickly.

<div>We are asking for help to support us through this incredibly difficult time. Donations will go towards:

<div>• Everyday bills while we are unable to work

<div>• Food and essentials during hospital stays
</div>
<div>• Anything Alfie needs to keep him comfortable during treatment
