HELP KEEP KOA KENPO MARTIAL ARTS OPEN
Donation protected
My name is Ramiro Ramirez and I am a martial arts instructor…
Since I was a little kid, the one thing I wanted to do in my life was to be a martial arts instructor. Everything started when I saw my first superhero, Bruce Lee. I was hooked. As soon as I was able to, I joined a modest karate class in my hometown. From there I had the opportunity to train with some of the best black belt instructors in karate, kenpo, boxing and wushu. I made my dream come true here in San Antonio Texas and opened my own karate studio named KOA KENPO. My goal is to bring this wonderful art to my community and help your children be the best individuals they can be through martial arts. I love martial arts and in my dojo, my philosophy is to never give up, to give your best every single time, and to stand up no matter how hard you have fallen. But today I am asking every student, parent, and fellow martial artist to help me keep the flame going. Due to Coronavirus, my dojo is shut down (we are only able to provide zoom classes online) and we are lacking the funds necessary to cover expenses to keep our school alive. I always teach my students to take care of family and friends, we leave no one behind. So this time I’m calling everyone out there who is still able, to please give what you can. Help our school to stay open.
