I will be having surgery on 08/25/25 (Open Internal Fixation Distal Fibula (Lateral Malleolus) and Collateral Ligament Ankle Repair). Healing time is about 6-8 weeks. Around 8-10 weeks I’ll be able to accomplish minor tasks. Then at 12 weeks, I should finally be able to put full pressure on my left leg. The road to recovery is just beginning, but I’m remaining optimistic with your continued support during this dark time.
