<div>Ondanks de vele tegenslagen en de schaduw van een aannemer die ons in de steek heeft gelaten, met een naam die eerlijkheid beloofde - "FAiR Building Systems" - weigeren wij op te geven. Het resultaat is een financiële crisis, bedrog en het verdwijnen van aanzienlijke bedragen...

<div>Toch blijven we vastberaden en zetten we ons in om ons nieuwbouwproject, Kattenhotel Dotje, zo snel mogelijk te voltooien.
</div>
<div>Het nieuwe gebouw van Kattenhotel Dotje staat er eindelijk, maar dankzij de aannemer is het verre van voltooid. Er is een aanzienlijk tekort ontstaan door het niet leveren van belangrijke zaken. Het niet leveren van essentiële elementen zoals kozijnen, ramen en deuren, het vloerverwarmingssysteem, elektra, inclusief stopcontacten, en zelfs het vereiste ventilatiesysteem. Ook de gevel en dakbekleding ontbreken, samen met een afgewerkte vloer - zaken waarvoor gedeeltelijk of volledig is betaald. Zelfs de wél geleverde zaken, blijken niet of niet volledig betaald te zijn. En toen wij de aannemer confronteerden, is deze met de noorderzon vertrokken.

<div>Natuurlijk proberen wij ons geld terug te krijgen, maar het is heel geheel onzeker want de aannemer werkt niet mee, en heeft ons geld aan zichzelf uitgegeven.

<div>Inmiddels zijn wij, door het niet leveren van dit alles door de aannemer, al ver boven dit bedrag uitgekomen. Omdat we dit nu nogmaals moeten betalen omdat de aannemer er met het geld vandoor is, en deze op geen mogelijke manier te bereiken is.

<div>Eerlijk gezegd weten we niet waar we op korte termijn het geld vandaan moeten halen om het gebouw zo snel mogelijk te voltooien.
</div>
<div>Het nieuwe gebouw was bedoeld voor de dieren die extra zorg en aandacht nodig hebben, die nergens in een pension kunnen vanwege hun gezondheid, of door gevoeligheid voor stress.
</div>
<div>Het zou jammer zijn dat de eigenaren van deze dieren weer niet de plek in het pension vinden voor hun kat.
</div>
<div>We staan op een financieel kruispunt en kunnen alle hulp goed gebruiken. Wij hebben al ons spaargeld in het nieuwe gebouw gestopt, en door de aannemer is dit ijskoud weggepakt.

<div>We willen de katten snel in het nieuwe pand verwelkomen, maar zonder uw hulp zal dat zeker nog een hele opgave worden.

<div>Maar we zullen zonder twijfel blijven zorgen voor alle katten die ons zo dierbaar zijn. We geloven sterk dat gerechtigheid zal zegevieren en dat we, met uw hulp, deze uitdaging kunnen overwinnen, ongeacht hoelang het ook duurt.

<div>We zijn diep geraakt door de onverwoestbare vastberadenheid van onze zoon Wim en schoondochter Demi, die, ondanks alle obstakels en de tegenspoed die deze aannemer heeft veroorzaakt, onvermoeibaar doorgaan om ons project te realiseren. Met uw hulp zou dit een stuk makkelijker zijn!

<div>Despite numerous setbacks and the shadow cast by a contractor who failed us, a name promising honesty - "FAiR Building Systems" - we refuse to concede defeat. What ensued was a financial crisis, deceit, and the disappearance of substantial amounts of money...

<div>Yet, with unwavering determination, we are committed to completing our new project, Kattenhotel Dotje, as swiftly as possible.
</div>
<div>The new building for Kattenhotel Dotje finally stands, but due to the contractor, it's far from finished. There's a significant shortfall due to the non-delivery of crucial items. Essential elements like frames, windows, and doors, the underfloor heating system, electrical components including sockets, and even the required ventilation system are missing. Additionally, the facade and roof cladding are absent, along with a finished floor - all for which partial or full payments were made. Even the items supposedly delivered appear to have been either unpaid or partially paid. And when confronted, the contractor vanished without a trace.

<div>Naturally, we're striving to retrieve our funds, but it's highly uncertain as the uncooperative contractor has spent our money on themselves.

<div>By failing to deliver these items, the costs have escalated far beyond the initial amount. We now face having to pay for these yet again due to the contractor's disappearance, and there seems to be no way to reach them.
</div>

<div>Frankly, we're uncertain where to acquire the funds in the short term to expedite the building's completion.
</div>
<div>The new building was intended for animals requiring extra care and attention, those unable to find accommodation elsewhere due to health issues or stress sensitivity.
</div>
<div>It would be regrettable if these animals' owners were once again unable to find a place for their cat in the kennel.
</div>
<div>We stand at a financial crossroads and could greatly benefit from any assistance. All our savings have been poured into the new building, cruelly snatched away by the contractor.
