One bullet came inches from taking my life. Since that terrifying day, I’ve been focused on healing and caring for my children, but recovery has been slow and challenging. I am currently out of work, and the bills are piling up. I was working toward first-time homeownership, but everything is on hold while I focus on my health and my family’s well-being. The upcoming holidays, which used to be filled with joy, are now full of uncertainty. I want to rebuild my life, regain stability, and provide for my children.

With the holidays approaching, your support will help my children still have a sense of joy and normalcy despite these difficult circumstances.
