My husband was laid off a year ago, and we just had a baby who is now one. Times are getting hard for me, and I may be facing eviction if this month's rent isn't paid. My rent was due in full on June 11th. I thought I had it under control, but now I'm afraid and embarrassed to ask for help. I don't know where or who to turn to, but I am a woman of faith. Whatever is sent will truly be a blessing.

I'm preparing for next month so this doesn't happen again. I'm picking up a second job, and my landlord is willing to accept my payment if I can make it. Your support will help me cover rent and keep my family safe. It will also give me a chance to focus on my baby and keep our home stable while I work to get back on my feet.

I truly thank each and every one of you for taking the time to read my story. Anything helps—thanks in advance. Your kindness means more than you know, and I am grateful for any support.
