 <strong>Why We Are Asking for Your Help</strong>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We are asking for your help to raise funds towards a new <strong>Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV)</strong> for our daughter, Katie.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 For Katie, a WAV isn't simply a vehicle — it is her <strong>independence, freedom and ability to take part in everyday life</strong>.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Having a suitable vehicle would make a huge difference to Katie's life, allowing her to travel safely and comfortably in her wheelchair to important <strong>hospital appointments, physiotherapy appointments and other healthcare </strong>needs without the difficulties and limitations we currently face.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 It would also allow Katie to continue attending <strong>college</strong>, get out and about with her friends and, importantly, attend a new group she is helping setting up on her own. The group will provide <strong>help, support and a safe place for young adults with additional needs</strong>, something Katie is incredibly passionate about.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 And it's not just about appointments and responsibilities. Katie deserves the opportunity to enjoy life too — to <strong>take holidays around the UK, visit places, make memories with her family and experience the same opportunities that many young people take for granted.</strong>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We are trying to raise a <strong>£14,000 contribution towards the cost of the WAV,</strong> and we know that this is a huge amount of money. That's why we are reaching out to friends, family, local businesses and anyone who may be able to help.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 <strong>Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will bring Katie one step closer to having the freedom and independence she deserves.</strong>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 From the bottom of our hearts, <strong>thank you for taking the time to read Katie's story and for supporting her journey.</strong> ❤️
