Help Kathy/Randy rebuild from Maria

My name is Ann. My sister Kathy and brother in law Randy live in Fredriksted, St Croix USVI.
Kathy and Randy Tiddark sustained damage during hurricane Maria to their home in Fredricksted US Virgin Islands Their home, Caribbean Breeze Vacation Homes and Apartments which is their sole income needs repairs. Their insurance deductible is $40,000 on this commercial property.
Kathy and Randy have been dealing with storms for 26 days! Irma and her mess 1st, then Jose's tail with heavy rains/flooding, then Maria head on and tornado's. Over the last few days a tropical depression that dumped 10"+ of rain in 3 hours! September was a very rough month for them.
Their greatest need is the Tesla power pack that can store the energy from their solar panels. Right now it is hooked up to WAPA which is not able to provide any electricity to them. The battery storage system is 12,000 and would make them self sufficient. Their solar panels made it through the storm undamaged which is amazing! There are only 80 of these units available for the 3 USVI for first release and they are three months out for delivery of them. They have to act fast to reserve theirs.
They have some expensive repairs as well, the entire gutter system which keeps the property from flooding during heavy downpours and fills their cistern, their source of water, was destroyed and needs to be replaced. Two of the apartments, the ceiling came down, they lost the roof to one of the patios, their shed that housed all their tools was heavily damaged, and their back wall made of concrete that runs the entire length of their property was destroyed by a large tree that fell during the storm. The gutter system alone is $6,000.
They desperately need to get back up and running so they don't get any more vacation cancellations. October has all cancelled and November is beginning to. Please help, no donation is too small and as a collective group, we are stronger in helping them.
