After having just finished fighting Colon Cancer, which has left me with a post-op condition that could last years, and after having spent about 50% of my adult life either in a long-term serious debilitating illness or injury, I now have yet another catastrophe that has left me yet again debilitated, bed ridden and unable to work, right after months working to rebuild my business that was partly lost during the cancer. Having already lost my savings multiple times I have nothing left to fall back on and no family here, or in England that can actually help me.

<div>I have a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) as I got hit in the head and the concussion is severe also because I have a brain tumor for the 2nd time in my life, and I have a swollen pituitary gland which they're looking into &amp; is causing issues, and that makes concussions harder to recover from.

<div>I have headaches, nausea, dizziness, and chronic fatigue. My work is physical as I'm a Professional Organizer/Life Coach so I'm on my feet most of the time, going through belongings and organizing them. I returned to work after a break, but I've relapsed four times now even after taking a whole week off, and I now have Post-Concussion Syndrome which could last many months. Even if I powered through and worked with the symptoms, it would prevent my brain from being able to heal and would worsen and last easily a year or more.

<div>Update: I was just assaulted and now have SIS - Second Impact Syndrome and am worse than after the 1st accident, with a walker and a protective helmet. This has set me back badly as this causes the healing to take longer.

<div>I've lost my business like this several times before and that's going to happen again now, because I'll lose my clients now and only be able to return to work gradually, and even then, I may still relapse and need more time away from physical work. I am in fact ready for change and using this time wisely, studying ways to make money online, or by phone, as I will have to look for none physical work for at least 3 to 4 months and wanted to change to remote work anyway. I just need help to see me through the next few months and in that time I'll be learning skills to make money online and looking for jobs that are not physical so I never have to go through this again if I am sick or injured. I'll still be able to work.

<div>It was my friend who wrote the last GoFundMe when I got cancer last year but it wasn't up long as I removed it, as I did much better than expected, as I could work two weeks out of every three as my chemo was every 21 days and at worst it kept me from work about a week at a time, so even though I lost my savings I had enough to survive due to staying at a friend's for free. But this is different. <strong>I need to stop completely, at least a month or two or I risk having this last a year or more and cause all kinds of brain issues. I can't even walk a block without getting dizzy and nauseous and I'm struggling to concentrate and even to communicate.</strong>
