Help Karley Raise Money For DTS Misson

I am going on a discipleship training school in Baja California, Mexico for 5 months. In the first half of that period, I will be attending a lecture where I learn about Jesus and depend on my relationship with Him. In the second half of my trip, I will be serving the people of another country in Latin America, Asia, or Europe. I will be spending the wonderful news of Jesus and serving those people of the community. Depending on the virus I will be either staying in Mexico or I will be going to an outreach location in one of those countries I just referred to. I have been called to this program because Jesus calls us to have sacrificial love and selflessly serve. He has also been telling me the story of the Good Samaritan many times over, where a priest and a levite, walk to the other side of the road to avoid the injured man but overlook him. These three people who are supposed to have an abundance of faith and help those in need do not assist the man in need. Yet a Samaritan, a foreboder, the man who is supposed to be enemies of the Jews, helps this man, takes care of this man when he most needs it. The person who is thought to be least likely to care for this man did. As Christians, we are called to be this good Samaritan. We are called to replicate his good deeds to all the people of this world. To show Jesus’s love the way he showed us. In my life, God has been abundantly giving to me. More than I deserved. He called me out of my darkness and into the light. He has saved me from the person I once was and showed me great grace. Now I this opportunity has come to me to give back to Jesus.
