Help Karen get brain tumor removal surgery

My friend, Karen Illescas, was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor in her pituitary gland.  It has caused an extreme elevation of her prolactin hormone levels. As a result, her elevated levels have caused some serious infections that resulted in her having to be hospitalized. The tumor has gotten so large that it is also pressing on her optic nerve, and it is severely impacting her vision. If she gets the tumor removed quickly, her lost vision will return, but if she does not get it removed soon, she will go completely blind. Her surgery is very urgent and very expensive, and she has no health insurance to help her with the cost. Please help my friend.
