Help Karen and Ralph Morgan

Since last year when Ralph entered the hospital with Sepsis, he was diagnosed with cancer. He hasn’t worked a job since then but has been through multiple treatments and blood transfusions to try to fight the cancer. He has always been so grateful and positive about how lucky he is. On Friday Feb 1st he will enter the hospital for a dangerous round of Chemo to try to enter remission before a bone marrow and stem cell transplant. Please pray for Karen and Ralph and give if you can.

I remember so many times picking my son up from a day at Nana and Papa’s and not wanting to leave because it was so great being around them. Ralph would throw leaves on the kids, chase them, take them on bike rides. Finn had so many adventures with a man who wasn’t even related to him. I felt so lucky that Finn wanted to go every day even if he was sick. Karen and Ralph would come to birthday parties and we would go just for Halloween when Finn was in school. He and Papa would be giggling over Daffy the Duck cartoons when I got there to pick him up. It was like kids were so special they just always wanted to be interacting with them. Ralph treated them as friends and companions. He could make anything fun. Finn still asks if he can go to their house in the summer every year like being with them is all the stimulation he needs.
Karen and Ralph are better than friends, they are family. As many of you experienced first-hand, Karen and Ralph raised so many grandkids not their own and helped so many new parents. They always help neighbors, support friends, and love life. Now is our chance to help Karen and Ralph and give back a little for all their generosity. Please give as you can to help them with their rising costs at home and in the hospital so they can focus on recovery. They would do anything for us and now we can do something to provide for them.
