Kamron Slaydon is a 2018 graduate of Jasper High School and a lifelong resident and of Jasper who joined the Marine Corp immediately after graduation. In January of 2019, while on leave at home, Kamron was injured in a accidental shooting which damaged his C5 vertebrate resulting in him being a quadriplegic. Since the accident, Kamron has consulted with numerous physicians, therapists and specialists in an effort to regain his independence. An incredible opportunity has presented itself for him to go to Mexico to receive an Epidural Stimulator. The doctor’s goal is to help Kamron regain as much mobility as they can in his upper and lower extremities. As you can imagine, this procedure is extremely expensive.
