Help Kadeem (Veteran)with Rent,Food

Hi my name is Falsom and am fundraising for a friend in need here is his story:

– Kadeem who is an Army veteran went

missing 6/9/22. Families and friends did not

know where he was until 6/14/22 when his

mother received a call from a social worker at a hospital in Tampa notifying her that Kadeem has been admitted since 6/9/22 after being

taken to the ER with EMS. Due to changes in

his mental status, Kadeem was unable to

provide the health care team with contact

information for his mom .Kadeem DX: Pituitary Adenoma. (Tumor Pressing on Pituitary gland).

This has cause

mind altering condition for Kadeem, leaving

him unable to care for himself. Kadeem is now confused, forgetful, agitated, diabetic,

Cushing’s Syndrome, Hypothyroidism,

and other underlying DX. Kadeem’s mother

who is a RN and a single parent has been at

his bedside since she was notified of Kadeem’s condition.Mom is now his full time caretaker

and unable to work at this time. Just a quick update;Kadeem is still in the hospital and had is surgery to remove tumor 6/28/22.Although his surgery was a success ,he still has altered mental status.Kadeem now has medical insurance.Thanks for all your prayers and continued support.
