<div>On April 19th, my cousin Justin was shot 5 times on the campus of Norfolk University.

<div>He wasn’t in the wrong place. He wasn’t doing anything reckless.

<div>Justin is a scholar, a leader, and a future Physician Assistant who was just one class away from earning his bachelor's degree. He was supposed to graduate this fall.

<div>He’s the President of his class.
</div>
<div>Raised in the suburbs by hardworking parents who paid high tuition so he could chase his dreams safely.

<div>He’s never been in trouble. He’s not a statistic. He’s our miracle—and now, he has a testimony.

<div>But that testimony comes with a long road ahead.
