<div>The family, Kyle and I (including Alexandra, Mara, and Nahla), still a year later have not fully gone through the probate process. We have not received any funds from our Mother's Estate/Trust leading us to pay everything out of pocket to keep her Estates in good standing. She had two properties and a vehicle among other debts we have had to stay current on.

<div>With the report of her death, came the closing of her bank account, which in turn, cut our ability to pay her mortgage via the bank account. Several months later a third party debt collector sent a letter with the amount past due. The amount owed on both estates was out of our ability to pay. The only way to bring her mortgages current is by reinstating the loan by curing the default, or paying a pay-off amount. <strong>That is our current and primary responsibility / goal. </strong>

<div>We have until <strong>8/23/2024</strong> (we just received this notice) to pay off the debt and bring the loan current to keep her home here in Phoenix. The Chicago condo is in the same standing, but we are only asking for the minimum.
