We are reaching out for help with medical bills for our adorable rescue dog, Junior, who has been fighting a serious illness. Junior is a 5-year-old Lhasa/Yorkie mix who has been with us since being abandoned and rehomed 3 times before finding his forever home. Over the past month, Junior suddenly began losing weight, vomiting, and refusing to eat. We’ve taken him to the vet multiple times, and last Friday after Thanksgiving, he was admitted to Westside Veterinary Hospital in Marietta, GA, where he underwent surgery to remove two tumors near his pancreas. We are still waiting on biopsy results to determine if the tumors are cancerous. Since his surgery, Junior has been struggling, throwing up blood, and having difficulty recovering. We don’t know when he’ll be able to come home, but we are hopeful he will continue fighting. Unfortunately, we didn’t have pet insurance, and the medical expenses are quickly adding up. We are asking for any support to help cover his vet bills during this difficult time.
