Help Julia

A great person and friend is having an extremely hard time right now. You all know Julia from the conventions and know how wonderful she is. She is selfless and will do anything for anyone. She is having an extremely hard time right now. Her health issues which are significant, affect every other aspect of her life. She is struggling and we as a community need to help her.
