Hello everyone!
My name is Julia and I'm 31 years old.
I work as a tattoo artist in my home studio.
For years and years now I've been designing and drawing only with actual pens/pencils on paper, but I feel the need to upgrade to a more digital way of drawing.
Why you may ask? Well, drawing the analog way takes a lot more time and energy when it comes to changing details or in any way alter the design/-s I'm working on for a client.
At the moment I'm also drawing my stencils [the copy of the design that goes onto the client's skin before I start tattooing] by hand and I'd love to upgrade to a thermocopier which would then simplify my work even further.
This fundraiser is for me to be able to purchase:
-an Apple iPad Pro 12.9"
-an Apple pen
-an Apple Keyboard
-a thermocopier

About me;
I live with my family [partner, 2 little kids, 2 enormous dogs] in a yurt in an eco friendly way in a yurt in the countryside in the southwest of the Alentejo in Portugal. We try to live in harmony with nature as much as possible and always take great care to not harm our environment and to make conscious and aware decisions, it's a simple life with the great benefits of breathing clean air and for the children to be able to run freely outdoors.

Before launching this fundraiser I thought I would just simply save up the money myself to invest in these material things, but I quickly realized it would take veeery long. I actually calculated and estimated the time it would take to be able to reach the final sum to purchase the iPad and accessories plus the thermocopier and it would take approximately 2.5 years. I feel I greatly need this improvement as soon as possible and I will run this fundraiser until the 1st of January 2022. Hopefully the collection will be successful and like this I can start the new year with new improved tools and technology. Would really mean the world to me!
