On Friday May 30th, federal agents illegally abducted Juan Carlos as he was working as a gardener in Great Barrington. <div>The agents refused to give identification and claimed they were there to arrest a drunk driver when in fact Juan Carlos does not own a car or drive, and uses a bicycle. They provided no papers and no warrant. Juan Carlos has been taken from his home and is being held in Boston away from his family.
