Due to the negligence of his employer, Joy has been out of work for the past two months, making it impossible for him to cover essential living expenses. Joy is a dedicated fire keeper at the Init and Waira House, someone who has selflessly given his time and energy to our community. He has kept us warm through countless nights of ceremonies, assisted many people during their time at our place, and has been serving the medicine path with deep devotion for over four years.
