Jourdan was hospitalized on Thursday with complications as her blood pressure was dangerously high. She has been diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, and due to a headache that won’t go away, she was transferred to Barnes-Jewish in St. Louis. On 11/02, she will have an MRI to try to determine the cause of the headaches. Please pray for peace and comfort. We are trusting God will bring us to the other side of this safely as He has done so many times before.

Hosanna was originally due Dec. 31, but due to the high-risk pregnancy, they felt they would induce around Dec. 10. Jourdan works part-time and will now remain in the hospital until she gives birth. Chris has no more PTO this year and gets 3 days off (unpaid) for the birth.

Most importantly, we need prayers for a safe and healthy delivery for Jourdan and Hosanna. After that, we are looking to relieve the financial strain of 2-hour travel between their home and the hospital (NICU) and covering expenses while she is off work. They also have a 4-year-old who is in school.
