Hello I’m Josue I live in Chicago and after years of declining dental health due to periodontal disease

I need to have top and bottom gum surgery and have implants put it in to have a better oral health and all around better health seeing that periodontal disease Brings a list of health issues

such as

stroke which is at 2-3x higher

bone loss

heart disease

respiratory infections

cancer

diabetes which is a higher risk with periodontal disease

and many other complications

insurance does not cover the surgery or implants

that’s why I’m doing this
