Help Josie Lahr Fund

Josie Lahr has been a well-known yoga and fitness instructor and community member in Lake County for years.  She has helped so many people regain strength and health, and now it is time for us to give back to her in her time of need!
Recently, Josie has been through some serious trauma due to the sudden loss of a loved one.  Shortly thereafter, she was diagnosed with West Nile Virus, which she contracted from one mosquito.  She lost the reflexes in her legs, spent weeks in the hospital, followed by weeks in rehabilitation, and is still fighting to get her mobility back.  Doctors sayher recovery may take up to a year.
Imagine spending your life as a fitness trainer and super active person and waking up one day only to find you had lost the use of your legs.  Let's show Josie love and support and lift her up until she can stand on her own again.
