Help Joshua Donate his Kidney!

On August 30th our friend in Jiu Jitsu and life will be undergoing surgery to give his kidney to his son Josue. Joshua will not be able to work while recovering from the surgery, and we'd like to do everything we can to ensure that he has as little stress concerning money as possible.
Josue is 11 years old, and entering 6th grade this year. Josue's kidneys failed in September 2017, and he was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and acute kidney failure. He's been going to dialysis at Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora 2-3 times per week, and following a strict diet and medicine routine.
After the surgery Joshua will have a 6-week recovery time at home, but Josue will have to continue with hospital visits 2x per week for several months to ensure his body accepts the kidney and the kidney is functioning properly. Joshua will be in the hospital for 3-5 days after the surgery. Josue will be hospitalized for 5-7 days.
So, Joshua will be out of work for over a month, AND driving back and forth from Colorado Springs to Aurora 2x per week (that's about 270 miles per week!!) for six months. That is a lot of gas money. He's already been doing this for almost a year. You can imagine the costs involved.
Any help you can give to our friend would be much appreciated, and just think of all the good juju's you'll feel for helping an awesome person do a selfless deed! ;)
