Help Josh pay for his hand surgery.

Hello everybody. It's me, Josh Casto. On the morning of December 7th I had a freak accident.  A glass jar shattered in my hand and severed the tendon and nerves in my left thumb. I will be having surgery to regain feeling and function of the thumb.  Normally I wouldn't even consider asking for donations but we have had several unexpected bills the last few months. The fees and charges are building up.  The surgeon wants $560 upfront and the hospital is charging $1900 and wants $280  of it upfront. This does not include the bill for my initial ER visit or any postcare. Any donations will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
