Help Jose Miguel reinvent as a Chicken farmer

I am Jose Miguel Vasquez , official tour guide and I have been working with Amazonas Explorer for 11 years. You may know me by my nickname - “Chiky Monkey”.
I love my job and working in this lovely family-run company but because of Covid19, I don't know when I will return to work in my profession and I need to reinvent myself for the wellbeing of my family and to be able to pay for our food and some debts we already have.
My project is about raising and selling chickens. I want to grow my farm. Right now I have 300 chickens but I want to make it bigger and to have more varieties of chickens so that once they are more than a month old I can start selling them for delivery or take them to the market. Before I worked as a tour guide, I used to do this with work alongside my mother so I have experience in the business and am sure it will make a good alternative income to help me support my family.
With S / 10,000 (£2130) my intention is to increase my farm to about 1000 chickens and offer them for sale to the local market and provinces. I have a terrace and rooms where I want to build my barn to raise chickens there.
With the money, I'll use it to buy:
S / 2'000.00 (£425) - gas tanks, fences, nails, wires, plastic, cement and bricks.
S / 2'000.00 (£425) - balanced meal and ground corn.
S / 1'000.00 (£212) - food and water equipment.
S / 5'000.00 (£1065) - for chickens of different varieties in boxes.
