<div>Hello, my name is Marcos and <strong>I am raising funds for my uncle, Jose Abreu Hernandez</strong>. This past Monday July 15, 2024 he was spear fishing near a reef in Key West with his friend and two young sons when he was attacked by a bull shark. The shark bit him in the chest, back, chin, and nearly severed his left leg. Some of the photos may be graphic, however, I wanted to show the extent of the damage. He lost a lot of blood and required surgery and a blood transfusion. The surgeon said he is lucky to be alive. However, it will be a long road to recovery to walk again and he will be out of work for months.

<div>Hola, mi nombre es Marcos y estoy recaudando fondos para mi tío, José Abreu Hernández. Estaba pescando con arpón en Key West con su amigo y sus dos hijos pequeños cuando fue atacado por un tiburón toro. El tiburón lo mordió en el pecho, la espalda, la barbilla y casi le corta la pierna izquierda. Algunas de las fotografías pueden ser gráficas, sin embargo, quería mostrar el alcance del daño. Perdió mucha sangre y requirió cirugía y una transfusión de sangre. El cirujano dijo que tiene suerte de estar vivo. Sin embargo, será un largo camino de recuperación para volver a caminar y estará sin trabajo durante meses.
