On February 10th, Josalynn, just 17 years old, received the heart-wrenching diagnosis of Chondroblastic Osteosarcoma—bone cancer in her mouth. No one should ever have to hear those words at such a young age.

<div>Josalynn's recovery journey is going to be tough. She will start with 5 rounds of chemotherapy aimed at shrinking the tumor, followed by a significant surgery to remove the cancer, and then another 5 rounds of chemotherapy. Afterward, they will proceed with reconstructive surgery.

<div>Despite these challenges, Josalynn is incredibly strong, determined, and a fighter. She will beat this and continue pursuing her dreams of going to college and becoming a nurse. I’ve set up this GoFundMe to help alleviate some of the financial burdens on her family, as they will need to travel back and forth to Fresno for her treatments, which are 2 hours away, on a daily basis for an extended time. Additionally, Sarah will be taking off work to support Josalynn throughout this journey. My goal is to help lessen the financial stress and allow them to focus on what matters most, fighting this with everything they've got!
