Geovanni is raising funds for his brother, Jorge, after Jorge was detained by ICE while on his way to work. Jorge was followed until he stopped and was then taken into custody. This has turned life upside down for someone who has been here almost his whole life, has no criminal record, and is a father of four children who depend on him every day. Jorge is known by his family as a good man, a hard worker, and a devoted father, and this sudden detention has left his loved ones frightened and trying to do everything they can to keep their family together.

The funds raised will help Jorge and his family hire a lawyer to fight his deportation and seek bail while he remains detained. Right now, legal support is urgently needed, and every donation will go toward giving Jorge a fair chance to defend himself and return to his children. Geovanni is asking for support during this painful time for his brother and the whole family. Anything helps, whether that means donating or simply sharing Jorge’s story with others. Thank you for standing with Jorge and his children and for helping this family hold on to hope.
