<div>El juez determinó que no existe motivo para deportarlo, pero aun así lo regresaron a la cárcel porque no tenía un abogado de inmigración que lo representara. Para poder salir y continuar su proceso legal, necesita pagar una fianza de $8,000 y contratar un abogado.

<div>Jonny es un padre amoroso que tiene un hijo de 10 años que lo necesita desesperadamente. Cada día que pasa detenido es un día más que su hijo sufre sin él.

<div>My brother, Jonny Vargas, has been detained by immigration (ICE) since March of this year. Today, more than ever, he needs our help.

<div>The judge determined there was no reason to deport him, but because Jonny did not have an immigration attorney to represent him, he was sent back to jail. In order to be released and continue his legal process, he must pay an $8,000 bond and hire an attorney.

<div>Jonny is a loving father to his 10-year old son, who desperately needs him. Every day he spends detained is another day his little boy suffers without his dad.
