I was harassed and assaulted by 5 police officers and unlawfully fined and arrested for not wearing a face mask while conducting an interview for my Bitchute channel with an officer, DESPITE HAVING A VALID MEDICAL EXEMPTION AND SHOWING IT TO THE OFFICER BECAUSE OF PTSD FROM SUFFOCATION PHYSICALLY FORCED UPON ME AS A CHILD. Now I face 3 criminal charges! Obstruction, resisting arrest and assault. The third charge didn’t even happen. I was just trying to stop the officers from touching me. I was the victim as you can see in the video. The officers had no probable cause to do anything they did to me, so therefore I resisted the arrest as is my lawful right to resist an unlawful arrest under the Canadian Criminal Code.
They at first fined me for not wearing a face mask, but then changed the fine many weeks after my arrest to being in a gathering over 5. They changed the charge simply to cover themselves legally because they later got their story straight and realized, since I had a valid exemption for a mask, they would be in legal trouble for arresting me and thus changed the charge to being gathered with over 5 people. I was not breaking either of these public health act rules as I presented my medical exemption from a doctor to the officer for the face mask and I was never once gathered with over 5 people, as I was standing with only a few other people while conducting an interview for my channel online, which is my legal right under freedom of the press and expression under the Canadian charter of rights. There were other mainstream media press gathered there doing reporting while not maintaining 6 feet I might add, but because they represent a different political opinion, they were not harassed and jailed for being there. It was a clear discrimination. I took extra precautions to maintain 6 feet from others and stay away from the crowd as to not be a part of a gathering over 5 people and even showed my mask exemption. The officers had no visible reason to arrest me. The only time I was gathered with over 5 people was when the officers themselves surrounded me, breaking the very rule they were enforcing, and then chose to illegally arrest me and assault me to which I legally practiced my lawful right to resist such illegal conduct and then they illegally kidnapped me and held me captive.
I need money to file for a lawsuit against these officers and all involved for conducting illegal activity. Not only did I not break any public health mandates , but all my criminal charges were unjustified due to an unlawful arrest. Also, none of these public health mandates are legal as they have to prove that they are scientifically justified and no bylaw can supersede the charter of rights and freedoms. In court I will not only prove that no public mandate was broken by me, but I will demonstrably prove that there is no emergency or pandemic and it’s all based on the fraudulent use of the PCR test which has no ability to distinguish between coronaviruses above 28 cycle thresholds anything over
28 cycles isn’t replication competent and is just dead nucleotides. This is a scientific fact and has been said by Dr. Anthony Fauci and the creator of the test himself, Kary Mullis and scientific studies conclude this. At the time of the arrest, there was no excess death in the province and not one single hospital was overrun and no more full in comparison to previous years before Covid. That’s a statistical fact. The rules were based on hospitals being overrun. Also, asymptomatic spread is statistically insignificant according to all scientific studies.
These officers need to be held accountable for their assault on me, falsely imprisoning me and the emotional and physical damage they caused me. My hamstring was also torn and I couldn’t walk for months properly. The officers mocked and taunted myself and others while we were in jail and they illegally held me for about 30 hours, which is illegal and over the time allotted! Please help me bring them to Justice!

Here is a photo of the group of officers that assaulted and arrested people at the protest AFTER most of the protesters had left. They were breaking the 5 gathering and social distancing rules they were enforcing !!! (The 6th officer is on the far right behind the 5th) They just got done arresting, assaulting and ticketing people for doing exactly what they are doing here in this photo!! The sheer HYPOCRISY should make any sane individual righteously angry! Two of my friends spent 4 nights in JAIL and the another was in jail for an entire month!!
The judge made me agree to a release order to not even be allowed to SPEAK to my friends (in person or electronically or by one one) that were there that day in order to be released from jail otherwise I’d be held there for MONTHS until my trial!! That was not lawful and I signed it under duress. It was illegal blackmail for a political agenda. Nothing more. Below is my release form. This is absolute torture and government overreach with absolutely no legal grounds to stay on and has caused me insurmountable grief and stress both mentally and physically. I have received threats online and been mocked and persecuted by strangers due to the mainstream media portraying me as some kind of criminal in their propaganda pieces. All of this happened simply for myself practising my right to freedom of the press for my channel and attempting to conduct an interview at a protest and not wearing a face mask due to PTSD from suffocation at a young age. This is tyranny and government overreach and government oppression to the highest degree and cannot be tolerated. Now that my name was falsely smeared in the mainstream propaganda and after these false accusations and blatant lies, (tactics of psychopaths) I am persecuted and hated by many in my province and feel shamed and trapped. Myself and friends of mine were persecuted and assaulted violently on no legal grounds and this violates national and international law and has caused myself to seek asylum.
