This is Jonathan he is 37 soon to be 38 and has Cerebral Palsy. In November 2017 he became a dad to the beautiful, kind hearted and clever Rosaleah. Then in June 2021 he married the love of his life Chelsea.
Anyone who knows Jon will be aware over the last few years his health has been a struggle and sadly in February of this year he was diagnosed with stage 3/4 Pancreatic cancer. Jon started treatment, however in April he was told his treatment was causing his cancer to spread so his treatment was stopped. At this time Jon his family were given the devastating news that his condition was terminal.
That didnt stop Jon, he married Chelsea on June 2nd and what a day/night that was!
In August his cancer had spread to his oesophagus. Jon then needed a feeding tube. In the last 2 months Jon has been in and out of hospital and in the last few weeks has suffered a number of heart-attacks. During these more recent hospital admissions Jon was given the further devastating news that his cancer has now spread to his lungs. This has unfortunately shortened Jons life expectancy.
Jon would love to make memories for himself but also for his family and thats where we need your help. Any donations no matter how small would be gratefully received. Thank you xx
