Help Jonah & Christine Rounseville beat Cancer
After making some major life changes a few years ago to concentrate on health after a heart issue, Jonah was diagnosed in July with Adenocarcinoma Colorectal cancer. He underwent chemotherapy and radiation treatments and was out of work for a month. After regaining enough strength and immune system to handle it, Jonah underwent 10 hours of surgery to remove the tumor, affected organs and 20 lymph nodes on December 8th. He is now home healing and gathering strength again to face advanced chemotherapy in January for another 6 months. After being back to work in a limited capacity for a month he is out again and will be for a while. The uncovered portion of medical bills are now coming in, limited short-term disability benefits are dwindling and Christine will soon have used all available time off to care for him. They are both very thankful for all of the support from close friends and family in this difficult time especially during the pandemic. Jonah and Christine are not people to ask for help and they’ve made major financial changes to try and avoid it.
With the pandemic the traditional ways of fundraising is impossible. I thought long and hard about alternative ways, but the time has come when they really need some help. I know with the holiday season and the pandemic I am asking a lot, but that’s what the holidays are about. If you don’t feel comfortable with making a donation on go fund me please direct message me and I can give you their address to send a check or money order.
Thank you all in advance for your help. We all just love Jonah and Christine and know they would do the same for us if need be.
