Help Jon & Judy Rebuild

I'm sure everyone has heard of the Tubbs fire in Santa Rosa California by now, but what you may not know is that my dad & stepmom's house was in one of the first neighborhoods to be consumed by it. Above is the picture of what remains of their house which I have always considered my family home. They evacuated quickly with their 3 greyhounds, elderly cat and the clothes on their backs. Currently they are safe and staying with friends while trying to figure out what their next steps are. Living 800 hundred miles away in Seattle, Washington, the best I can do to support them at the moment is to create this campaign.

As you can see from the picture, they have lost absolutely everything they owned and need to rebuild 42 years of the life they have lived together. The best way for them to start doing that is through gifts of money that will allow them to purchase immediate needs like clothes, toiletries, medicine, dog and cat food and other essentials. They will be getting the funds from this campaign directly. 

They have been heavily involved in the greyhound rescue community for the past several years devoting their heart and souls to fostering, transporting and in many ways helping those in need.
