Help JohnRay Beat Cancer

As the New Year came around, I thought it was going to be just like any other year. A new city with new people, everything was falling into place. Until one day I noticed something unusual, something that would change my life forever. Within the next few days, I was diagnosed with a non-seminoma germ cell tumor, an aggressive form of testicular cancer. Although I've had a great support system, it's been difficult keeping up with all the bills for all of my exams, including rounds of chemotherapy within the next few weeks. Not only do I ask for your support, but I want to tell my story to raise awareness for Testicular Cancer. It is not stressed as much as it should be for a man to get annual checkups for this type of disease because of its rarity, but just as it hit me so unexpectedly, it can hit anyone! Even though it is highly curable, cancer is something that needs to be caught on time to be treated effectively and I encourage every man out there to consistently check themselves for early signs. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for any and all prayers, love, and support in helping me fight the toughest battle of my life. It's only a speed bump in the road that I plan on getting over.
