My name is Vivian and I am creating this on behalf of my best friend Joan’s family. Sadly, on Sunday, November 10th, her beloved father, Johnny Romanes, passed away.

For over a year, Johnny had been battling lung cancer. He was determined to fight it, but unfortunately, after two failed chemo treatments, he lost his battle early Sunday morning. Due to the costs of his chemo treatments and his diagnosis, the family was unable to obtain adequate life insurance for him.

So now, on top of grieving the loss of a husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, they’re also worrying about the financial aspect to provide him with a burial.

I’ve known this family for over 20 years, and they are all hardworking individuals who have always been there to lend a hand and contribute when they can.
