While working my brother John started feeling ill. He works daily in the Florida heat so he thought he was having a heat stroke. After getting out of the sun he still wasn't feeling any better and was rushed to Halifax Hospital in Daytona with serve head pain. They dignosed him with Frontal lobe cerebral aneurysm rupture. As you many know the dignoses is very dim for the future with any aneurysm rupture. They could not perform the delicate procedure and had him rushed to Shands Hospital in Gainesville Florida. They performed the 12 hour surgery and they clipped the aneurysm. But, unfortunately there is complication that follow this kind of brain injury. John has lost the use of his right side, arm and leg. And he is having many more test done to make sure no more bleeding is accuring. He is being intubated today to help him breathe. The Doctors say even after the recovery in hospital (weeks in hospital) he will need to have months of physical therapy to try to regain his motor skills on his left side.
John is a single dad with 4 children. (19, 13, 10 and 6) and is unable to work now. He does not have any medical insurance. Please please help if you can. Any donations to help pay for medical bills and aftercare cost would be so greatly appreciated for this family.
