Supporting John Shirley

Just days before Christmas Eve 2017, John Shirley fell from a ladder at his home and suffered a serious head injury. He spent the Christmas period in ICU and now faces a lengthy period of rehabilitation and recovery.

We are raising money to help John and his family with the expenses associated with his recovery. Currently his wife, Daisy faces a 320km round trip to get from their home to the hospital and with children and animals to care for we are keen to provide any assistance that we can both during John's stay in hospital and when he returns home to continue his recovery.

John is an exceptional human being, always quick to offer help and support to those in need. He has also been part of the family at his work, Pearson for over 13 years and I know there are a great number of people he has worked with who would like to show their support for John.
