Help John, Sarah and family make great memories

My name is Nikki
At the end of last year my very best friends
Sarah and her husband John were told the
devastating news that he had stage 4
inoperable oesophageal cancer. He has been
so strong and fought so bravely but has now
been dealt the further news that it has spread to his brain. John has obviously been unable to work for several months and Sarah who is an
amazing intensive care nurse has taken time
out to be with him. To give him, Sarah and theirbeautiful family the opportunity to make as 
many happy memories as possible I have
