After spending the last 20+years on his own researching, appealing, and being denied justice, John is looking to get experienced legal support to effectively help reduce the Life Without the Possibility of Parole ( death ) sentence imposed on him. After exhausting funds over many years on appeals, motions, and briefs ( including writing a 17-page “CLEMENCY APPLICATION” with the Georgia Department of Pardons and Parole), a sentence reduction or commutation of sentence is the only option to be released. John was sentenced to the maximum amount of time possible after alleged minimal participation in a crime that did not cause physical harm to anyone. There was NO direct evidence or eyewitness linking John to the crime.
