Hi, my name is John Foxhoud. I'm a 38-year-old mechanic who works hard to keep my local community's vehicles on the road, and I'm also a content creator for fans around the world. Recently, I've been facing a serious medical challenge. I suffered from intense and dangerous intestinal and gut issues, nearly losing my life to a peptic ulcer once before. Unfortunately, it happened again—I was rushed to the hospital with agonizing abdominal and chest pains that wouldn't let up. After several days of testing, doctors finally found the root cause and I was taken into surgery. Five hours under the knife left me with a new scar from the bottom of my chest to just below my navel. Now, I'm recovering in the hospital, and it's clear this time will be tougher than before. Last time, I was back at work a week after a five-day hospital stay. This time, I'll be in the hospital for over a week and unable to work for another six weeks. Financially, this is a nightmare. Like many people, I'm struggling with the rising costs of food and fuel, and it's hard to get ahead. I understand if you hesitate to donate, but even a dollar will help me stretch my resources as far as possible. I have bills to pay and need to buy specific foods for my recovery, which means a lot of new shopping with little or no funding. I rarely ask for help, but right now, I need your support to get through these weeks so I can get back on my feet, continue being the honest mechanic who keeps your cars running, and hopefully return to creating content for my fans. I plead for any help you can give. Every donation will go to the right place and is truly needed. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I hope I've given you a reason to donate, but even if not, thank you all the same.
