<div>What started as a frightening medical emergency has now become a full life reset. Over the past several weeks, I’ve undergone a whirlwind of major procedures,  a thoracentesis to drain fluid from my lungs, an angiogram, a cardioversion, and just recently, a cardiac ablation to help correct the atrial fibrillation that had taken hold of my heart, and of course living with Congestive Heart Failure.

<div>This all came after being diagnosed with congestive heart failure and pneumonia in both lungs, and it’s forced me to fully stop and focus on healing, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
