<div>Joelle is 11 years old and diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. She began having symptoms from age 4 but was only diagnosed 2 1/2years ago. Since then she has moved from an active child doing cartwheels with aspirations of being an athlete to a wheelchair. Her deterioration has been fast despite being treated with medicine available in her country.

<div>She is being treated at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She is to have six weeks of intensive rehabilitation, follow up visits with specialists,and genetic testing. She will also need equipment to aid her in her daily life, a trained caregiver etc. Joelle traveled from her country to the United States to be seen. She returned home on March 7 th and is to return within a month. We are trying to raise 100 thousand US dollars to ensure that Joelle's bills while in the USA are covered.
