Help Joe get a new Liver

On Friday , July 7th, I was med evac'ed from a platform 250 miles off the coast of Louisiana due to heart A-Fib. 4 hours later I arrived at TGMC in Houma, Louisiana and admitted in the ER. Was given blood thinners so they could "shock my heart" back into beating regularly. Due to my being Hep-C positive (for over 30 years) and stage 4 cirrhosis the veins in my stomache and esophagus burst and I began to internally bleed out while at the same time violently throwing up blood. I was rushed into a GI look with a scope  and two spots were found perforated and were cauterized on the spot. I was moved to ICU and given a blood transfusion (4 units). It seems that they can't shock my heart until they can thin the blood but due to my liver being shot they can't give me the blood thinners either. Bottom line is I was given approximately 2 years to live if I don't get a new liver or else treatment. The treatment is approved and sanctioned by the FDA for 12 weeks which normally would heal my liver. However, I have Hep-C and fall into genome 3, therefore I would have to take this treatment for 24 weeks (at over $1000 a day!!). This 24 week program is classified as "expermental" so insurance won't cover it. Without it I die. Calling on all to help me raise the funds for treatment! God bless you!
