<div>Our dear friends Rhonda and Joe are going through an incredibly difficult time, and we’re reaching out to ask for your help and prayers.
</div>

<div>Joe has been in the hospital for a week (he was discharged home today) with AFib (Atrial Fibrillation) and was also given a new diagnosis of Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) — both serious heart conditions. As a result, he has been unable to work and is now facing a long road to recovery.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He was discharged with several lifesaving medications that are essential to keeping his heart stable. Unfortunately, even after insurance, their monthly out-of-pocket cost is nearly $2,000. This is a huge financial strain for their family, especially while Joe is unable to work.
</div>

</div>
<div>Joe will be scheduled to have a heart ablation procedure in a few months, which offers a more permanent solution — but until then, these medications are vital!
</div>

</div>
